How Soon Will Lockhouse Ship my Order?

Orders with Key Alike or special keying requirement may require an additional business day to prepare for shipping.

UPS Next Day Air and UPS 2nd Day Air orders for in-stock items received by 12:00 noon CST will usually ship the same day, excluding holidays and weekends. UPS Next Day Air and UPS 2nd Day Air orders for in-stock items received after 12:00 noon CST will usually ship the next day, excluding holidays and weekends. Orders with special keying requirements may require an additional day to prepare for shipping. Orders containing Special Order products will require 10-14 days before order is shipped. UPS Next Day Air Saver and UPS 2nd Day Air does not deliver on Saturday. Lockhouse assumes no responsibility for guaranteed times on UPS air shipments. In the event a UPS air shipment does not arrive within their prescribed timeframe, Lockhouse will be happy to credit the difference between regular ground service and the Air method paid for.

UPS Ground orders for in-stock items will usually ship within one business day. When possible, your order will be shipped the same business day. Orders with special keying requirements may require an additional working day to prepare for shipping. Orders containing Special Order products will require 10-14 days before order is shipped.  Lockhouse assumes no responsibility for guaranteed times on UPS ground shipments.  Lockhouse will offer no compensation for ground service that does not arrive within UPS posted ground schedules.

Special Order Items
Selecting UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day Delivery will not expedite Special Orders. Custom Manufactured Emtek Products and Special Order Berenson cabinet hardware will usually ship in 14 days.
