Dummy Lever Handing Instructions
These instructions are for Half or Single Dummy levers only.

|
|
Some Dummy
lever styles (which have curves) are available in Left-Hand (LH) or
Right-Hand (RH)
versions. When levers are designated by Left Hand or Right
Hand, specify
the required handing when placing your order. Use the two-step
instructions and diagram below to determine your required handing.
If ordering handed Dummy levers
for both sides of the same door,
order 1 Left-Hand (LH) lever and 1 Right-Hand (RH) lever and you
can disregard the below instructions.
If ordering handed Dummy
lever for only one side of the door, please follow below
instructions. |

Step
1.
Stand facing the side of the door where the dummy lever will be
installed.
Step
2. Observe which side of the
door the hinges are on.
If
the hinges are on the left side of the door, specify a Left-Hand (LH)
dummy
lever on your order. If
the hinges are on the right side of the door, specify a Right-Hand (RH)
lever.
