product and called them right away. They re-directed me to their website
for a Return Goods Authorization, which was easy to fill out. I have now
shipped the wrong product back and expect the correct product to arrive

This site is great! I had trouble finding the locksets
locally in the antique nickel finish, and those local stores who could get
it told me I'd have to wait about 5 months. Not to mention, their prices
were way higher than Lockhouse. My experience with Lockhouse was extremely
pleasant. I placed my order online and received everything in about 2 days
from the date I ordered. And I was able to track the package online. The
very best of all though, are the wonderfully low prices that Lockhouse
offers. So far, I've ordered all of my exterior doorknobs from Lockhouse,
and I intend to order all of my interior ones through Lockhouse too! In

I have 3 doors that I wanted to have all new locks
keyed the same. The hardware stores only carried 1 and 2 door lock sets
