What methods of payment does Lockhouse accept?
Lockhouse accepts AMERICAN EXPRESS,

on account or purchase orders.
How about Sales Taxes?
If your order ships to a Texas address we have to collect sales tax. Everywhere
else - we don't collect sales tax.
