Better Home Products Warranty


	Warranties cover the original residential user of Better Home Products against defects in material and workmanship for up to one year from the purchase date. This warranty DOES NOT COVER abused or misused products or non-commercial products used in commercial applications. If a covered defect occurs, call 1- 800-991-0030 for further assistance. A finish deterioration occurring from the use of paints, solvents or other chemicals is not a defect in the finish and is not covered by this warranty.

	How does Lockhouse handle BHP warranties? Lockhouse will service BHP warranty issues for BHP products purchased from Lockhouse.com for period of ninety (90) days from the date of purchase. During this ninety (90) day period we will replace or repair defective BHP products at our discretion. After this ninety (90) day period you may contact BHP Corporation, 1-800-991-0030 for warranty fulfillment. Lockhouse.com will not address warranty issues for BHP products not purchased directly from Lockhouse.com. If you purchased your BHP product directly from Lockhouse.com and a covered warranty defect occurs during the first ninety (90) day period, please complete the Return/Exchange Request Form, select Warranty Claim for Reason for Return and provide details in the Comments box. We will promptly answer your request with instructions.
