Shipping Preferences
Lockhouse.com only ships via UPS for 100% for reliable accountability of
your package. We know that, sometimes, you need
to receive some orders more quickly than you need to receive
others. That's why, every time you place an order via our order form, you
can choose from one of these shipping preferences:
- UPS Ground
- UPS 2nd Day
- UPS Next Day Air Saver
Does selecting Next
Day Air Saver or 2nd Day Shipping mean my order will ship the same day
placed?
Not always. UPS
Next Day Air Saver
and UPS 2nd Day Air orders for in-stock items received by
12:00 noon CST will usually ship the same day, excluding holidays and weekends. UPS Next Day Air Saver and
UPS 2nd Day Air orders for in-stock items
received after 12:00 noon CST will usually ship the next day, excluding holidays and
weekends. Orders with special
keying requirements may require an additional 1-2 days to prepare for shipping.
Orders containing Special Order products will require 10-14 days before
order is shipped.
Please also keep in mind that
there is no weekend delivery for UPS Next Day Air Saver or
UPS 2nd Day
