Warranty Claims: Lockhouse.com will replace JVJ Hardware products with manufacturing defects purchased direct from Lockhouse.com,
for a period of 90 days from your receipt of product. After 90 days
contact JVJ Hardware Customer Service, 1-800-969-4393.
All you have to do is complete the
Return Request
Form. We will promptly provide you a Return Merchandise Authorization# with instructions by e-mail.
Packages delivered to Lockhouse.com without a Return Merchandise Authorization# will not be accepted from delivery agent.
