  Returning Emtek Products
With the exceptions as noted below, Emtek Products are returnable for 30 days after purchase. Due to manufacturer return policies, a restock fee of 35% will be assessed. Once the order has been placed with the manufacturer, it cannot be canceled without the return fee. Keyed entry locks returned without keys will be accessed $4.00 each to rekey them. Key alike charges are not refundable.

Lockhouse.com will warrant Emtek products for 1 year from date of purchase on mechanical and finish with exception to the following finishes - Rust, Deep Burgundy, Medium Bronze, Silver Patina, and Flat Black Patina finishes. These are finishes designed to age and are not covered under warranty.

** Why a Return Fee? ALL Emtek products are custom built for YOUR order. We offer the best prices and do not stock ANY Emtek products. We have no shelf space for custom built products so when we approve and accept a return of Emtek products, we don't throw them in a corner and wait for someone to buy them. We return them to Emtek for credit.  When Emtek approves and accepts a return from us, just like you, we also pay a return fee. In addition to the return fee, we pay the incoming freight charges from Emtek and we also pay the freight charges to return the products to Emtek. Return fees are not a hidden profit center for Lockhouse.

Emtek Warranty Claims: Lockhouse will service warranty claims for Emtek products purchased from Lockhouse.com. Product must first be returned to Lockhouse to forward to Emtek for replacement. No exceptions. If you purchased your Emtek product directly from Lockhouse.com and a covered warranty defect occurs during the warranty period, please complete the Return/Exchange Request Form, select "Warranty Claim" for your Reason for Return and provide details in the Comments box. We will promptly answer your request with instructions.

All you have to do is complete the Return Request Form. Packages delivered to Lockhouse.com without a Return Merchandise Authorization# will not be accepted from delivery agent.
