Replacing Merchandise Ordered in
Error
We do not offer exchange service because of associated
shipping charges and restocking fees. If you need to replace product
that was ordered incorrectly, please submit a Return Request by clicking
here Shortly
after, during business hours, you will receive an email with
authorization and instructions for your return.
Then place a new online order for your
replacement items. If your order
contained keyed alike items and you need to match the same key with your
replacement, you can select the option "Key like my prevoius order" when
reordering.
