Where's My Order?
Upon
shipment of your order you will receive an email from UPS containing
your tracking information. You can also log onto you account to view the
status of your order. Tracking information is available by 10am the
following business day after you order ships.
Order Status
- Blank – order recently placed
- Processed – preparing order for
delivery, usually ships in 24 hours.
- Back Ordered – one or more items
on your order are temporarily out of stock.
- Special Order – order has entered
manufacturing or special order process – order will usually ship within
10-14 days from order date.
- Awaiting Key – You have requested
us to key your order to your key and you are sending us key. Orders for
in stock items will be shipped within 1 business day of receiving key.
- Shipped – Shortly after leaving
our warehouse, you will be sent an email from
United Parcel Service with tracking
information. Please check your junk mail folders and the email address
you have provided. Tracking
information is available by 10am the following business day after you
order ships.
Does selecting Next
Day Air Saver or 2nd Day Shipping mean my order will ship the same day
placed?
Not always. UPS
Next Day Air Saver
and UPS 2nd Day Air orders for in-stock items received by
12:00 noon CST will usually ship the same day, excluding holidays and weekends. UPS Next Day Air Saver and
UPS 2nd Day Air orders for in-stock items
received after 12:00 noon CST will usually ship the next day, excluding holidays and
weekends. Orders with special
keying requirements may require an additional day to prepare for shipping.
Orders containing Special Order products will require 10-14 days before
order is shipped.
Please also keep in mind that
there is no weekend delivery for UPS Next Day Air Saver or
UPS 2nd Day
Shipping.
