All Schlage Lock products we sell comes with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee.

Product Specific Exceptions:
Keyed entry locks
returned without keys will be accessed $4.00 each to rekey them. Key alike
charges are not refundable.
Warranty Claims: Lockhouse.com will replace Schlage Lock products with manufacturing defects purchased direct from Lockhouse.com,
for a period of 90 days from your receipt of product. After 90 days
contact Schlage Lock Company Customer Service, 1-888-805-9837.
All you have to do is complete the
Return Request
Form. We will promptly provide you a Return Merchandise Authorization# with instructions by e-mail.
Packages delivered to Lockhouse.com without a Return Merchandise Authorization# will not be accepted from delivery agent.
