Refunds
We can process returns and refunds only for items purchased
directly from Lockhouse.com. We do not accept returns of:
- Any item that is returned more than 45
days after delivery.
- Any item that is not in its original and
resalable condition.
Please do not send us items that do not
meet the conditions listed above, as we do not issue refunds for
non-qualifying items and cannot return the items to you.
Your return will be processed within 14 days of
receipt. If your return is not
due to our error, we will deduct the original shipping costs from your
refund. You will receive notification and receipt of your refund credit
via US Postal Service.
