One Year Mechanical Warranty & One Year Finish Warranty
This product comes with a one year mechanical warranty and a one year *finish warranty to the original purchaser of Emtek Products from Lockhouse.com against defects in material and workmanship as long as the original user occupies the residential premises upon which the product was originally installed. This warranty DOES NOT COVER scratches; abrasions; deterioration due to the use of paints, solvents, or other chemicals; abuse; misuse; or product(s) used in commercial applications. Upon return of a defective product to Lockhouse.com, Lockhouse.com may repair or replace the product or refund the purchase price. Lockhouse.com is not liable for incidental or consequential damages. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and if you purchased your Emtek Product(s) directly from Lockhouse.com and a covered warranty defect occurs during the warranty period, please call
1-877-660-LOCK (5625) or complete the Return Request Form, and provide details in the Comments box. We will promptly answer your request with instructions.  Lockhouse.com will provide a return shipping label for defects occurring within the first 60 days of purchase.  After that time the customer must arrange for shipping the product back to Lockhouse.com for warranty claims.

* There is no finish warranty on Oil Rubbed Bronze, Rust, Deep Burgundy, Medium Bronze and Silver Patina finishes. These are living finishes designed to develop character through use.
